Do you have a bonus room in your home (some guys call it a FROG finished room over garage). There are usually some attic access doors up there and they usually are big energy wasters. Here's what to look for. Check to see if they have gasket material around the edges to seal them up. See if they have insulation on the back. If they don't you can easily apply styro board to the back by gluing it on. Use spray foam or some construction adhesive that goes in your caulking gun. Last, check to see if the latches work right and hold the door tight when the wind blows.
